How quickly can you get to a plumbing emergency?
For true emergencies (burst pipe, gas smell, no heat in winter) we aim for under an hour anywhere inside the M25. Non-urgent work gets a same-day or next-day slot most of the time.
How much do you charge for a callout?
Quotes are free — no call-out fee. For booked work we quote a fixed price up front. Emergency hourly rate is £95 + parts (£140 after 8pm and weekends), all itemised on the invoice.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Every Brassline engineer is Gas Safe registered (company number 557812) and ACS qualified on commercial gas where relevant. They carry the cards and we check them annually.
What does your workmanship warranty cover?
12 years on all installation work (boilers, full bathrooms, re-pipes, heating systems). 24-month guarantee on repairs and parts unless the manufacturer offers longer.
Do you take commercial and landlord contracts?
Yes — annual gas safety certificates, landlord checks, and rolling maintenance contracts from a single property up to portfolios. Talk to us about volume rates.
