The plumbing that goes in before the walls go up.

Wells, water service lines, trunk mains, manifolds and rough-in. We work directly with general contractors and custom home builders — ground broken to pressure test, on schedule, code-stamped.

Build phases

Ground-up, in six stages.

We arrive after the slab is staked and leave after the inspector has stamped the rough-in. Every Trunkline build moves through the same six checkpoints — coordinated with your GC, the framer, and the inspector.

  1. 01

    Excavation

    Day 1 — 2

Trench survey, depth check, locate paint. We cut to 48″ in clay, 42″ in sand.

  2. 02

    Well & pit

    Day 2 — 5

Submersible pump set, casing capped, expansion tank staged in the utility cavity.

  3. 03

    Service line

    Day 5 — 7

HDPE pulled from meter pit to slab stub-up, tracer wire run, pressure-soaped.

  4. 04

    Trunk mains

    Day 7 — 10

PEX-A trunks set in-slab on dobies, sleeved at every penetration, marked.

  5. 05

    Rough-in

    Day 10 — 16

Branch home-runs to manifold, vent stack and DWV set in the framed cavities.

  6. 06

    Pressure test

    Day 16 — 17

System pressurized to 100 psi for 24 hours. Inspector signs. We move out.

What goes in, by material.

Every Trunkline build is itemized by SKU before the trench opens. No surprise substitutions, no off-spec joints, no “equivalent” fittings on the truck.
