Ask a questionHow quickly can you get to an emergency?
For true emergencies — sparks, smell of burning, total power loss — we aim for under an hour anywhere inside the M25. Non-urgent work gets a same-day or next-day slot most of the time.
What does an emergency callout cost?
Quotes are free, no call-out fee. Emergency hourly is £110 + parts (£165 after 8pm and weekends), every minute itemised on the invoice. For booked work we quote a fixed price up front.
Are your engineers NICEIC registered?
Every Voltline engineer is NICEIC Approved Contractor scheme registered, 18th Edition qualified, Part P certified and TrustMark government endorsed. We carry the cards on site.
Do you handle EV charger OZEV paperwork?
Yes — we're OZEV-authorised installers. If you qualify for the £350 grant (flat owners, rental properties, some homes) we apply on your behalf and deduct it from the bill.
What does your 10-year warranty cover?
10 years on all installation work (boards, rewires, lighting, EV chargers). 24 months on repairs and parts unless the manufacturer's warranty is longer.
Do you take commercial and landlord work?
Yes — EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports), landlord checks, PAT testing, emergency lighting and rolling commercial contracts. Talk to us about volume rates.
